With a generous 250m2 space, The Joya stands out as the largest among The June Boutiques, comfortably hosting up to 12 people. And if you’re dreaming of accommodating a group up to 22 guests? No problem—The Joya and The June can make it happen, just 100 meters apart from each other.

The Llobella apartment (1st floor):
The Llobella is the largest apartment within the Villa. This apartment offers cosy seats for up to 12 guests in its handmade lounge and dining area, and provides dreamy views of the green La Fustera Valley. Think of afternoon drinks at the bar or culinary dinners made from your private cooking island.
The best part? The fully SMEG equipped kitchen offers direct access to the adjoining naya of the house, the absolute spot to create your most cherished moments.
Since the living room and kitchen are openly connected, they create a charming space for guests to gather, chat, and enjoy the lounge area while cooking.
All three bedrooms offer direct access to the naya as well. The master bedroom – or bridal suite – offers a handmade kingsize bed and a private bathroom with freestanding bathtub. Moreover, this bedroom boasts the most incredible views of La Fustera Valley; the breathtaking backdrop during your stay.
The Pinets apartment (ground level):
The Pinets apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa, right beside the garden, the outdoor kitchen and swimming area. It features two-bedrooms with a kitchen, living room and a bathroom.
The cozy dining area offers a perfect blend of laid-back and dining options. Relax and recharge while you enjoy features like a television, air-conditioning, Marshall speaker, and a handpicked selection of games and books.
The kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Think of a SMEG minifridge, oven, induction hob, toaster, tea kettle, and a Nespresso Coffeemaker.
The Pinets Apartment can be connected with the Basettes apartment which transforms this space into a luxury three bedroom and two bathroom apartment.
